Small Pluto Wind Up Toy - Line Mar Toys Japan c. WDP

Hello
I found in a friend's barn a small tin Pluto wind up toy.  It is 2.75" long and 2" tall.  It is marked Line Mar Toys Japan on one side and c. WDP on the other side.  If anyone could tell me when this one was made I'd be grateful.
