Old Snow White "Happy Hour" tea set, need help ID date era

Anyone saw this item before? I am looking to know the approx date of production of this baby. If anyone is aware of its market price, I'd be a happy camper.

Thanks to The Mouse man (www.mouseman.com).
I now know that this piece was produced and sold in the early 50's. My item's condition (Fair +) could bring a price range between $125 and $175 US.

If you have something to identify and value, I suggest that you use Robert (aka the mouseman) expertise.
