Need info on white rubber spinning Dumbo music box

I can't find any info on a white spinning Dumbo standing on a white circus pedestal that plays music when you wind the pedestal. Can anyone help me as far as the year or value of such an item?  Has blue eyes, red and blue collar, orange hat and black toe nails.  Rest is white. Head is poseable by rotating it. Has very faded label underneath and hard to read.  One word is "exclusive" on bottom and "international". My name is David.

It would really help if you would post a picture of your item.  There have been lots of different musical Disney figures made over the years, and while most of them sell in the $20-30.00 range, you might have something special.  But I can't tell without seeing it.
