Minnie Mouse Doll

Hello, I would appreciate it if someone could please give me an idea to the age and manufacturer of this Minnie Mouse Doll?
She is about 18 inches high. The dress is missing many of the white dots, and has migrated up the body. I do not want to fiddle till I know more. She is made of velvet and a kind of felt material, and has some spots of damage, as one can see in the photo's.

I don't recognize this Minnie, and based on its appearance, I'm inclined to think this is a homemade craft doll or an unauthorized item.  The doll is a bit "off-model" for it to have been made by a toy manufacturer.  If I'm right, the value of the piece is going to be an "eyes of the beholder" situation, and probably fairly nominal.  Even if I'm wrong and she's a commercial toy, I wouldn't expect her to be worth too much except as a toy that a young girl would love.  Good luck!
