The doll is most certainly from the 1950's, or at most, the early 1960s. By the mid-1960's it was all Barbie dolls and Chatty Cathy's, and marionettes wouldn't have been something that toy makers would have likely still been making. It's a very nice piece of Mickey Mouse Club memoribelia. I don't know enough about this kind of toy to give more than a wild guess at its value, but I'd expect it to be at least $50.00 and wouldn't be surprised if it was worth something closer to $100.00.
