Hench's Space Mountain concept art has been reproduced several times by Disney, so I can't say I know this particular piece.  However, given the edition size I believe you have one of the nicer ones sold through the Disney Catalog and DisneyStores.com and I seem to recall that it sold for about $300.00.  I don't think it's value has quite held up, so I would estimate the current market value at closer to $200.00.  Good luck!
