This was given to my son 22 years ago by his Great Grandmother. She had it hanging around the house since her children were young. The timepiece is stamped West Germany, so that dates it after WWII. There is also a Walt disney productions stamp on the back. I have not been able to find another online yet. I bet someone here knows something !
