Your tickets are certainly collectible.   There are lots of people who collect all kinds of tickets and other paper ephemera from the Disney theme parks.  I don't know the value of your tickets because I haven't seen any similar items sell for quite some time, but I would guess they're worth a minimum of $10-20.00 each depending on the condition and visual appeal.  They'd be worth more if the admission stub was still attached since they'd be worth credit toward admission to the park.  Post a picture if you can.

Stubbs are attached. They are in excellent "like new" condition with a ticket holder cardboard envelope. Does the value increase with the original EPCOT grand opening phamphlet with map?

Yes, I'm sure that having the opening day folder and map is certainly a plus.  As I said, I haven't seen these sold so I don't know how truly popular they are with collectors.  EPCOT has relatively few dyed-in-the-wool collectors on its own, but there's always collectors who value the opening day materials from any of the Disney theme parks.  I would expect that if you call 1-407-WDISNEY, they could tell you what the tickets are worth in terms of admission to the parks, which would give you a base value to work with.

But you have something of an embarrassment of riches here.  That is, you may not be able to find a single collector who would want to pay for all of the passports just to get the opening day materials.  You would probably be best off selling one passport with the folder and map, and then sell the other passports separately.  The passports should do well on their own because they're so attractive in addition to their base value for admission.  It was fun for me just to see the pictures, so I'm sure you'll do well with them in any case.  Good luck!
