"MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" mickey mouse

I have a glass Mickey Mouse figure aprox 2" tall. On the back of his ear is a small round sticker that reads
MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" I have been looking for info & value on this but haven't had any luck. Can anyone
help me find some answers?
