lead print plate
« on: September 16, 2007, 07:26:40 PM »
I have a lead print plate that was used for the news paper.  I understand they were normally remelted after the printing.  The plate is about 3" x 3" and has Donald Duck with the three nephews.  The plate also has Walt Disneys signiture in the lower corner.  I dont know the date or origin of the plate.  I have looked but never seen anything like it. thank you

Wow - that's a unique item!  I've never heard of such a thing, so unfortunately, I cannot offer any advice, but hopefully someone else will chime-in.  These forums are still pretty young, but hopefully I can get more people stopping-by to help us out :)
